Senior Security Engineering Manager

Join Ebury, a leading financial technology company, as a Senior Security Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead a global team of security engineers, define and implement high-level security architecture, and partner with software engineering and platform leadership to embed security requirements into roadmaps and sprint cycles. You will also direct the end-to-end vulnerability management program, oversee identity and access management architecture, and collaborate closely with platform engineering to define security guardrails. This position is based in Madrid or London.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement high-level security architecture across existing systems and greenfield projects, ensuring alignment with engineering roadmaps.
• Direct the end-to-end vulnerability management programme, including continuous discovery, context-aware triage, remediation SLAs, and board-level risk reporting.
