Implementation Project Manager

Join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Project Manager. In this role, you will manage the successful implementation of clients onto Entrata software, with a focus on recognizing Annual Contract Value (ACV).

Responsibilities

• You will lead project teams, define project scopes and timelines, monitor progress, and mentor junior project managers.
• You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key point of contact for resolving project-related issues.
• A strong understanding of project management concepts and methodologies, along with 5+ years of experience in project management, is required.
• Lead project teams focused on client implementation, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, with a keen emphasis on ACV recognition.
• Monitor project progress, report key metrics (including ACV recognition), and provide regular updates to the Associate Director.
• Strong understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, and challenges related to client implementation

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred

• Familiarity with software implementation and ACV recognition in the industry
• Experience in project management tools and software
• Experience with remote or international project management
