Responsibilities
- Shall provide Cultural Adaptation and Family support services for Army Community Service (ACS) transitioning into Germany.
- Shall meet weekly with Relocation Readiness Program Manager to discuss program statistics and progress.
- Meetings can be in person or telephonic.
- Shall interact with customers and staff in accordance with professional business standards and in compliance with military customs and courtesies
Requirements
- Cultural Advisor Location: Kaiserslautern, DEU Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in customer service-oriented tasks.
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience working with military families or community outreach programs Ability to communicate in both German and English.
