Join Scarlet, a company at the forefront of medical technology. As an Operations team member, you will help build the infrastructure for rapid certification of AI-enabled medical devices. You should have at least 3 years of experience in event organization or operations, a passion for in-person experiences, and strong organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include organizing premium events, optimizing systems for scaling, and maintaining event playbooks.

• Collaborate with the Experience Lead to organize premium experiences for customers and industry stakeholders.
• Build and optimize systems that scale in-person events and community engagement.
• Identify opportunities for automation while preserving a high-touch, hyper-hospitable guest experience.
