Technical Sourcer (Engineering)

Join Together AI as a Technical Sourcer (Engineering) and help build and maintain pipelines of top engineering talent. You will design and run proactive outreach campaigns, review technical profiles, conduct technical first calls, and screen candidates for quality. You will work closely with the hiring manager and recruiter to define what "great" looks like for each role and help shape the company's approach to technical sourcing. Responsibilities

• Construire et maintenir des pipelines de talents en ingénierie de haut niveau pour des postes spécifiques.

• Examiner les profils GitHub et d'autres signaux techniques pour identifier des candidats réellement forts.

Requirements

• Enough current technical fluency to run a deep, credible first call with a strong engineer
• Strong written communication that gets busy engineers to reply
• The ability to read a GitHub profile and glean real signal about someone's depth and quality
• A hands-on engineering background - you've worked as an engineer of some kind. A CS degree is a strong plus
• Based in San Francisco
