Agentforce Architect

Join our Salesforce Architecture and Innovation team as a Salesforce Agentforce Lead. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and squad lead, delivering agentic AI solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will engage with key stakeholders, design scalable solutions, support technical delivery, manage risks, and mentor diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in consulting and architecture roles, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and a strong background in the public sector.

Act as a strategic advisor and squad lead to deliver agentic AI solutions on the Salesforce platform, identifying and refining use cases that bring value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert for key stakeholders, providing guidance on platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and best practices, with a focus on Agentforce and related technologies.
• Support the delivery of solution development, including prompt engineering and traditional Salesforce development, acting as an escalation point for technical issues.
