Integrations Support Manager

Join Zinc as an Integrations Support Manager, where you will be the technical voice on sales and onboarding calls, the first stop for integration questions, and the owner of how our integrations are set up, supported, and enabled. You will work closely with Product and Tech as we build new integrations and bring new partners on board. This is a customer-facing technical role that requires hands-on experience with HR or applicant tracking system integrations and a working understanding of REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Participer aux appels de pré-vente, de vente et de gestion de compte pour répondre aux questions d'intégration en direct.
• Soutenir les équipes RH et informatiques des clients lors de la configuration : identifiants, mappage des champs, autorisations et tests en bac à sable.
