Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field is preferred Proven professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Technical Consultant or similar role Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Knowledge of ServiceNow development components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and Script Includes Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, tables, relationships and CMDB Experience with REST and/or SOAP APIs and integration with external systems Knowledge of ServiceNow data management, including data import and export Understanding of ServiceNow security and access controls , including roles and ACLs Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Experience with application testing, troubleshooting and technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with technical and functional teams Experience working in Agile environments Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence Fluency in English Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) Experience with IntegrationHub and third-party system integrations Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery or Service Mapping Experience with UI Builder, App Engine Studio or Automated Test Framework (ATF) Experience working across different ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD Our Values: Critical thinking and autonomy Focus on meaningful solutions and real results Respect, transparency, and continuous growth What you'll find at Fyld: A collaborative team that values individual progress
