  • Degree in

Requirements

  • Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of professional experience in IT Project Management or a similar role Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects, from planning and initiation through delivery and closure Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project environments

Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Waterfall or hybrid project management approaches is a plus Strong skills in project planning, scope, timelines, budgets and resource management Experience managing project risks, dependencies, issues and change requests
  • Ability to define project objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria Experience managing stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, clients and external partners
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as
  • Ability to monitor project progress, KPIs and delivery quality Experience preparing project status reports, project documentation and management updates Strong understanding of governance, project controls and delivery best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in complex environments Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating different technical and business stakeholders
  • Project management certification such as
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
  • Fluency in
  • IT transformation or digital transformation projects Experience in cloud, infrastructure or software development projects
  • Knowledge of
  • ITIL or other IT service management frameworks Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
  • Critical thinking and autonomy

Preferred

  • Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar
