Registered Dietitian

Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. The Registered Dietitian works alongside medical and dietary staff to ensure meals meet clinical and regulatory standards, with periodic onsite visits and oversight of patient nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for patients within 72 hours of hospital admission
• Ensure patients' dietary needs align with Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA)

Review and approve all menus, including special diets

• Provide routine onsite visits to ensure compliance with dietary service standards
• Certify that all meals meet professional, regulatory, and quality expectations
• Approve menu substitutions and ensure proper documentation
