Program Manager

The Program Manager will support the ongoing Paramedic training program and coordinate day-to-day and programmatic requirements throughout course performance.

Responsibilities

• The Program Manager will oversee the administration, coordination, and daily operation of the Naval Special Warfare SOTM Paramedic Course of Instruction.
• The position will ensure that instructors, students, schedules, documentation, clinical activities, and program requirements remain properly coordinated and compliant with applicable standards.
• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the SOTM Paramedic training program.
• Coordinate instructors, students, course schedules, clinical activities, and training requirements.
• Maintain required program records, evaluations, documentation, and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate regularly with NSW SOTM leadership, the Course Manager, and medical personnel to ensure program requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant program management or paramedic training experience.
• Must meet applicable LABEMS and CoAEMSP Program Manager requirements.
• Experience managing EMS, paramedic, medical education, or comparable training programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
