Janitorial Cleaner / Custodian

The Janitorial Cleaner shall provide routine cleaning and sanitation services at the DeQueen Project Office in De Queen, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, maintaining floors, removing trash, replenishing supplies, and supporting semiannual deep-cleaning and pressure-washing services.
• Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Collect trash, replace liners, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and clean fixtures and entrance areas.
• Perform scheduled semiannual deep cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing of designated exterior areas.

Requirements

• Must have experience providing commercial or government facility janitorial services.
• Must be knowledgeable in cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling.
• Must be able to operate cleaning equipment and perform physical cleaning duties.
• Must comply with facility security, safety, quality-control, and background-check requirements.

Schedule

On-site every Tuesday and Thursday during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Cleaning must be completed before 2:30 PM. Additional deep-cleaning services are required semiannually in April and October.
