Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners, supporting a broad customer base across North America. This role manages order-related communication, helps resolve service and logistics issues, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to support accurate order processing, product availability, and a positive customer experience

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and internal inquiries related to orders, shipments, and inventory through electronic and phone communication.
• Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternative solutions to customers.
• Review and process customer orders and returns in accordance with internal and customer-specific requirements.
• Support supply chain coordination by communicating product availability to forecasting, production planning, marketing, and/or sales teams.
• Coordinate logistics through ongoing communication with internal and external shipping teams and carriers.
• Maintain customer information systems by keeping contact information and processing requirements current.
• Serve as an information hub, coordinating with internal and external teams to process custom product orders.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support customer needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Required

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry, review, and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate conflict professionally and effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
