Performance & Strategy Manager

Join Pony, a fast-growing e-mobility company, as a Performance & Strategy Manager. In this role, you will work directly with the co-founder and own performance and objective management across the company. You will run performance cycles, improve systems, and facilitate governance systems. You will also partner with founders in communication with investors and strengthen a culture of performance. The ideal candidate has a master's degree, 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or as a top-performing operator in a scale-up, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assumer la responsabilité de l'ensemble du système de performance, en dirigeant chaque cycle de performance avec les responsables de département.

Requirements

  • Educational background : Master's degree from a top business school or engineering school.
  • Experience : 2 to 4 years in strategy consulting, or as a top performing operator in a scale-up or as a founder.
  • Systems-thinking mindset : Ability to structure, design and build systems that have strategic foresight and adaptability, ensuring that they align with organisational goals while being flexible enough to evolve with changing needs, and with the right level of universality and specificity.
  • Influence and Buy-in: Ability to gain support from key stakeholders and team members through effective leadership and communication. Skilled in building consensus, fostering collaboration and engaging teams around strategic initiatives.
  • Rigour : You demonstrate a high level of personal rigour and organisation. You are methodical in your approach, consistently delivering high-quality work and maintaining a high standard for both yourself and others.
  • Analytical skills: You quickly grasp complex issues, dissect them, and provide creative, data-driven solutions. You excel at understanding key business drivers and translating them into actionable strategies.
