Join Seccl, an Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, as a Junior IT Support Analyst. In this hybrid role, you'll provide outstanding IT support to Seccl staff, manage the joiner/mover/leaver process, and ensure compliance with security standards. You'll work 2-3 days a week in our Edinburgh office and have the opportunity to shape the future of investing in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal IT queries, owning triage and providing first contact resolution where possible.
  • Support the joiner/mover/leaver process, from equipment provisioning and account setup to access changes and deactivation, maintaining an accurate IT asset register.
  • Use our ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Management) and suggest pragmatic improvements to workflows and automation.
