Executive Recruiter

Join Impulse Space as an Executive Recruiter, where you will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and executive-level positions. You will partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across various functions. Your role will be integral to the company's growth and success.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior leadership roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close.

Partner with the CEO, executive team, and hiring managers to define role requirements, assess talent needs, and align on hiring priorities.

Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify exceptional passive candidates across the aerospace, defense, technology, and related industries.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and creative search strategies
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong candidate assessment, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes for complex, high-impact roles
• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including demonstrated success recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent
• Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and senior hiring managers
• 5+ years of demonstrated executive recruiting experience within aerospace, defense, space, advanced hardware, or other technically complex industries
• Demonstrated success recruiting VP-level, C-suite, and functional leadership positions
• Established network of senior talent across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and corporate functions
• Experience operating within a high-growth startup or scaling technology company
