Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage scrum teams from strategy through execution and delivery, guiding multi-phase releases across engineering, product, compliance, and operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs across teams.
• Drive operational excellence across programs and mentor squads on Agile best practices, while working within the larger PMO of the organization to raise its level of agile maturity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing across

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
