DevOps Engineer

Join LiveEO as a DevOps Engineer and be part of the Infra Team, responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of our cloud resources. You will design and implement product services in our existing cloud infrastructure, work on company-wide problems, and drive innovation by delivering robust infrastructure services to downstream product teams. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, in-depth knowledge of AWS services, and a mindset that emphasizes collaboration, automation, and shared responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement modern, scalable infrastructure solutions on AWS using Terraform, leveraging Kubernetes and other Cloud Native Computing Foundation tools.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize internal CI/CD infrastructure to implement enhancements in the toolchain automation that cover all aspects of products lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transition successful prototypes into reliable production services, driving innovation and delivering robust infrastructure services.
  • Skilled in building and debugging CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

  • Knowledge of WAFs is a plus

Fluent in written and verbal English communication

  • Familiar with SOC2 and ISO27001 standards is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including experience with Helm, and ArgoCD in production environments

Skilled with GitLab CI/CD is a plus

  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and the AWS technical landscape
  • A mindset that emphasizes collaboration, automation, and shared responsibility
  • Strong awareness of the security risks associated with AI agents, including excessive permissions, prompt injection, data exposure, unsafe tool use, and supply-chain risks is a plus
  • Proven track record in dynamic start-up or scale-up environments. Experienced in agile workflows with iterative delivery and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and platforms such as KAgent is a plus
  • Collaborative team player with excellent listening and contribution skills
  • Solid understanding of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, subnets, routing, and firewalls — essential for building secure and reliable cloud-native systems
  • Proficient with Ansible is a plus
  • Experienced with observability and logging solutions (e.g. Coralogix, DataDog, etc.)
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational database
  • AWS and/or Terraform certifications is a plus
  • Expertise in Linux, bash scripting, and Python programming
  • Extensive background in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, highly available infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts

Preferred

  • Experience building or operating infrastructure for LLM-based applications or AI agents is a plus
  • Experience deploying ray / anyscale or other distributed processing framework is a plus
