Senior Full Stack Engineer

Join LiveEO as a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the SurfaceScout squad. You'll take ownership of significant parts of a live, growing product, designing and building features end to end, defining and implementing integrations, and collaborating across teams. You'll also own key architectural decisions, iterate quickly on feedback, mentor teammates, and champion engineering best practices. The ideal candidate has experience in collaborative environments, strong engineering fundamentals in TypeScript and Python, and several years of experience building and shipping full stack applications.

• Ownership of significant parts of a live, growing product, turning ideas into reliable production systems.
• Designing and building features end to end (TypeScript & Python), translating product requirements into reliable, well-tested systems.
• Defining and implementing integrations with LiveEO's platform and data services, ensuring clean interfaces, reliable data flows.

• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments and aligning with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to own features end to end and deliver them reliably, translating product requirements into robust, production-grade solutions
• Strong engineering fundamentals in TypeScript and Python, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Several years building and shipping full stack applications in production, including backend services, APIs, and modern frontend interfaces
• Experience mentoring engineers or setting technical direction within a team
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between systems (APIs, data pipelines, third-party services)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and deploying and operating scalable services
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design, with the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs
