Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams in the development and implementation of features, troubleshooting technical challenges, and managing product releases.
• Plan large tasks, delegate work effectively, and ensure high code quality through rigorous pull request reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers, support hiring and training, and drive continuous improvements in code quality, system health, and QA practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting teams or collaborating with subject matter experts, with a focus on contributing to team success and learning from leadership
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of industry trends, with the ability to provide insights and assistance to the team when needed

5+ years of professional experience in software development

• 6+ years of professional experience working in both react and node.js
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
