Responsibilities

• Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents.
• This role is essential in ensuring residents have access to clean linens and personal clothing daily.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold resident clothing and facility linens
• Distribute clean laundry promptly to resident rooms
• Label resident clothing as needed
• Maintain linen quality and remove damaged or stained items from use
• Follow all infection control and sanitation procedures
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and sanitary

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred 1 year of laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail Dependable and team-oriented
