Technical Project Manager (Client Service Delivery)

Join our client service team as a Technical Project Manager. In this dual role, you will manage client communications and drive the overall delivery schedule while also taking on technical delivery responsibilities. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation and deployment phases, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gérer toutes les communications avec les clients et piloter le calendrier global de livraison, en concevant et en mettant en œuvre des solutions d'intégration innovantes.
• Assurer la gestion et la direction de tous les aspects techniques du projet, en effectuant un travail technique pratique si nécessaire.

Requirements

Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong client-facing communication skills and consultant/client management capabilities
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles. Strong solutioning skills on Saas platform data integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role

Preferred

• Experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning will be a plus
• Knowing auti-fraud in the Financial or internet industry will be a plus
