Join Reedsy, a platform dedicated to providing authors with the tools and resources they need to create beautiful books. As a Customer Happiness Intern, you will support authors and creative publishing professionals, optimize conversion, and contribute to maintaining a high NPS. This is a remote, full-time position for 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Offering support to Reedsy users, reviewing projects submitted on the platform, and building customer funnels to reactivate users.
  • Maintaining and updating the FAQ based on user feedback and questions, suggesting product features based on user feedback.
  • Contributing to maintaining a high NPS (currently at 86%) by ensuring customer satisfaction.
