Partner Solutions Engineer

Glean as a Partner Solutions Engineer, where you will be a partner-facing technical expert responsible for helping strategic partners successfully design, deploy, scale, and operationalize Glean across their customer base. You will work directly with partner solution architects, delivery teams, product teams, and partner managers to build the skills, assets, offerings, and confidence required to establish a durable Glean services practice.

This role is designed for someone comfortable leading hands-on workshops and enablement sessions, developing technical solutions, and consulting on complex partner-led services

Responsibilities

• Your role will involve leading hands-on technical trainings, helping partners create repeatable service offerings, and providing technical support and expertise for partner-led services and solutions.

• Diriger des ateliers techniques pratiques, des formations et des sessions de co-construction pour les ingénieurs, architectes et consultants partenaires.
• Développer la maturité technique des partenaires au fil du temps, afin qu'ils puissent architecturer, mettre en œuvre, dépanner et prendre en charge Glean de manière autonome.
• Experience shaping roadmap or packaging decisions from partner or customer deployment feedback
• Experience creating reusable technical assets such as tutorials, guides, workshops, code labs, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead technical workshops, deep dives, or hands-on enablement that results in durable partner capability
• Experience writing, debugging, integrating, and deploying production software systems using APIs, SDKs, auth patterns, and cloud services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering teams to executives
• Understanding of cloud platforms, with practical experience on at least one major provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong engineering fundamentals plus hands-on coding experience in Python and at least one of TypeScript / JavaScript / Java
• High tolerance for ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and broad context-switching across technical and non-technical problems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as: partner engineer, forward-deployed engineer, solutions architect, solutions engineer, consulting/professional services, or other related technical role
• Experience building or deploying AI / LLM / agent-based systems in production
• 8+ years in a technical role

Preferred

• Experience working with VARs, GSIs, SIs, Cloud Partners, ISVs, or partner delivery organizations
• Experience with custom data source connectors, indexing pipelines, embedded experiences, enterprise search / retrieval, knowledge systems, or workflow automation
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you’ve shaped new partner motions, integrations, or GTM plays
