Technical Implementation Manager (HiredScore)

HiredScore, a leading AI-driven orchestration platform, as a Technical Implementation Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact during the pre-launch period, leading end-to-end implementation and ensuring project KPIs are met. You will act as a solution consultant, bridging the gap between R&D, Product, and the client. Additionally, you will build and maintain onboarding materials, partner with Data Science, Product, and Customer Success, and manage day-to-day projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation projects, experience delivering AI-enabled solutions, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assurer la gestion de l'ensemble du processus d'intégration des nouveaux clients, en dirigeant les appels de lancement et les réunions de questions-réponses.
• Gérer les projets au quotidien, y compris la gouvernance, la planification et le reporting aux parties prenantes.
• Agir en tant que consultant en solutions pour traduire les exigences commerciales en une configuration de produit réalisable.
• Lead complex conversations and manage senior stakeholder expectations
• 3+ years specifically leading complex, large-scale global external client-facing SaaS implementation projects for medium to large enterprises

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively across both technical and business stakeholders, creating clarity for partners and internal teams even when priorities or requirements are evolving
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and drive resolution
• Proven ability to take full ownership of projects, operate independently, and manage multiple priorities, timelines, governance and workstreams effectively
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS solution deployment, specifically within consulting, professional services, or functional implementation

Availability and flexibility to work during US hours

• 2+ years of experience delivering AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or ML-powered features within an enterprise context
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL database and Postman
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle
• Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry

Pay

EUR 69,100 - 103,700
