You will be responsible for critical system architecture, driving infrastructure reliability, and building at scale. You will manage our cloud infrastructure, oversee system reliability and performance, drive security and compliance efforts, and develop internal tools to support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Oversee the reliability, performance, and monitoring of systems using self-hosted Grafana, Sentry, and Laravel Nightwatch.
• Drive security and compliance efforts, including helping with SOC2 and PCI DSS audits and implementing technical controls.

Requirements

Strong security mindset

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases (any database experience is okay)
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and automation
• Ability to manage infrastructure for AI/ML/Data Science workloads
• Strong coding background; must be willing to learn/work with our PHP/Laravel stack

Preferred

• Experience handling compliance audits (e.g., SOC2, PCI DSS)
• Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
