Responsibilities

  • Diriger l'adoption des pratiques d'ingénierie natives à l'IA au sein de l'équipe, en tirant parti des modèles à la pointe de la technologie et en intégrant des flux de travail agentiques dans l'architecture du produit.
  • Collaborer directement avec les équipes de conception, de produit et de données pour définir la stratégie technique, remettre en question les hypothèses et évaluer les compromis du produit avant d'écrire du code.

Requirements

Experience working with PostgreSQL databases

  • Expertise with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Expo (React Native) for frontend development
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly both in calls and in writing
  • A track record of prioritizing user impact over technical cleverness and holding yourself accountable to business metrics (conversion, retention, operational cost)

Experience with AWS infrastructure

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Some experience with Laravel (PHP) backend development, or demonstrable expertise building performant backend systems at scale
  • Ability to work across the stack comfortably, fully owning a product or feature
  • Deep experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications in cloud-native environments
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and how core transactional systems feed analytical data engineering pipelines

Preferred

  • Specific experience in lending, payments, BNPL, ACH, etc
  • Experience working with financial technology platforms and payroll systems
