Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Software Infrastructure team to provide platforms and services for the wider Software organization.
• Plan work in increments, shape backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos, and engage closely with engineers and product partners.
• Provide clear direction and well-defined deliverables to multiple sub-teams, surface risks early, and help teams stay aligned.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of software development, testing or infrastructure, with curiosity to learn more
• Experience working as a Product Owner, Technology Owner or similar role in an agile engineering setting
• Ability to simplify complex information for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong backlog management skills, with the judgement to connect work to product outcomes
• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide discussions towards clear decisions
