Join Versana as an IT Operations & End User Computing Manager. In this role, you will lead and oversee all corporate IT operations, end-user computing, and manage service provider engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT systems, hardware assets, and user support functions. Responsibilities

  • Développer et maintenir les politiques, normes et procédures opérationnelles informatiques, et conduire des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
  • Gérer et soutenir les services Microsoft 365, y compris Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, et Microsoft Defender.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing vendors, managed service providers, or IT operations teams
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, hardware lifecycle management, and vulnerability remediation
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments

Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments

  • Experience with endpoint management and mobile device management platforms, preferably Microsoft Intune
  • Experience supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and access governance processes
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, IT Operations, or End User Computing environments
  • Hands on experience supporting macOS and Windows
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, EDR solutions, networking technologies, and modern endpoint security practices
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
