Senior Cloud Security Engineer

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering security solutions for our cloud-native banking platform. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to contribute to the overall security strategy. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Lisbon office, requiring three days a week onsite.

About Thought Machine

Develop security tooling, contribute to third-party security products, and co-develop threat models with engineering teams to identify relevant threats.

Responsibilities

• Provide security expertise and mentorship to engineering teams during the planning, design, and testing stages of new solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native preventative and detective controls that operate at scale, and build and maintain automation to actively audit and assess infrastructure.
