Full Stack Software Engineer (Rust)

Join our dynamic Factory Orchestration team as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will develop human-machine user interfaces, optimize performance and functionality, and shape our product and the role of the human in it. You will own the full stack of the Intrinsic Factory Experience web application, build and maintain backend logic and infrastructure, and monitor and improve the health of the application.

You are excited by the prospect of owning critical pieces of our user experience (including collaborating with the Product and Design teams, and developing tests)

Requirements

• Extensive experience in building the full-stack, including server-side (Rust, Go, Python, etc.) software
• Ability to work with Rust, both for backends and compiled to web assembly for front ends
• At least 3 years of experience with frontend web engineering, including proficiency in building client-side (TypeScript/Javascript) software
• Familiar with integrating databases, user-access control, and basic authentication/authorization into web apps
• Experience integrating web apps with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Ability to design scalable web apps

• Experience with creating and maintaining an intuitive, high quality, accessible system of reusable frontend components in collaboration with Design and Product teams
• You have excellent development skills across the web application stack and are excited to be part of a world-class, innovative, frontend team
