Solution Consultant (HCM)

Join Workday, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. As a Solution Consultant for our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite of products, you will leverage your in-depth product knowledge and industry expertise to engage with potential customers, deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations, and assist in closing sales opportunities. This role is based in the UK and focuses on the retail, hospitality, and transportation industries.

Demonstrate the product and extend the value of next-generation HCM Applications for new customers.

Partner with Account Executives to engage in discovery around an organization's current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations.

Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.

Requirements

• An understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired
• Strong functional experience
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
• Professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting / HR role
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience of presenting administrative computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience

Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR

• Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
• 4+ years in a similar role customer facing role, HCM product focus
