Responsibilities

• You should have 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, strong coding skills, and a deep understanding of agentic systems. - Design and implement evaluation methodologies, metrics, and pipelines that teams across the organization trust and adopt as their source of truth. - Standardize how AI agents are built, regression-tested, and maintained across the organization, embedding continuous evaluation into everyday engineering workflows. - Partner with AI feature teams to translate domain expectations into meaningful datasets, test suites, and continuous evaluation pipelines, leveling up engineers and product managers along the way.
