Join our team as a Staff Full Stack Engineer and help build our critical Enterprise Clinical workflows system. You will work on the Butterfly Cloud, a secure and robust connection to users' health information. Your core responsibilities will include solving distributed systems problems, building modern solutions, owning business problems, mentoring other engineers, and performing a variety of tasks in support of the role. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare and save millions of lives.

Responsibilities

  • Posséder des problèmes commerciaux, transformer des idées en conceptions système et diriger les développeurs tout au long de l'exécution.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Efficient & Speedy - you get work done in a fraction of the time as industry peers
  • 5+ years of experience solving distributed systems/web development problems
  • Willingness to work in different layers of the stack and unfamiliar problem domains
  • Web apps with live updates - pub/sub solutions (such as Redis), WebSockets
  • Containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, ECS, EKS
  • Designing and building observability solutions, utilizing modern monitoring, logging, and metrics tools ensure overall system health
  • GraphQL and related frameworks e.g. Relay, Apollo and URQL
  • Experience with LLMs and MLOps

  • Opensearch or other Lucene based search engines
