Responsibilities

• You will work closely with Product and Engineering, stay ahead of every release, and proactively identify knowledge gaps.
• This role requires 2-4 years of experience in product knowledge, technical writing, product enablement, or customer education at a B2B SaaS company. - Maintenir une connaissance précise et à jour des fonctionnalités, des agents, des prix et du positionnement de l'IA. - Rester en avance sur chaque version du produit et traduire les nouvelles capacités en contenu d'habilitation structuré avant leur expédition. - Fournir des connaissances au groupe par le biais de formats en direct, animer des webinaires internes, présenter des mises à jour de produits.
