Version control guru: Familiarity with source code management systems such as Git and GitHub

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps team in infrastructure development, toolchain modernization, and release automation.
• Oversee the integration of legacy infrastructure and release support while migrating services toward modern platforms.
• Spearhead pipeline improvements and strategies to reduce continuous integration build times and streamline deployment velocity.

Requirements

• Technical expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in development or DevOps, demonstrating a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Proven leadership: 3+ years of experience leading and motivating DevOps teams
• Jira proficiency: Experience utilizing Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Educational foundation: A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• Communication ace: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster collaboration and understanding
• Agile enthusiast: A deep understanding and appreciation for Agile methodologies

• 5+ years of experience in development or DevOps
• Bachelors Degree
• Build system aficionado: Experience with Bamboo, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools

• Cloud infrastructure expert: Knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms
• Containerization champion: Proficiency in Docker and containerization technologies
