Web Project Manager

Join SambaNova, a leading AI technology company, as a Web Project Manager. In this hands-on role, you will manage the website and the SambaAcademy partner portal, ensuring a consistent user experience and driving functional improvements. You will work closely with the design team and web developers, and be responsible for site performance, analytics, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities

Manage the

• web and SambaAcademy partner portal roadmap, including intake, scoping, prioritization, and timelines.
• Build, publish, and QA pages in HubSpot CMS, ensuring consistency and quality across the site.
• Own site performance and Core Web Vitals, partnering with developers on page speed, caching, and technical fixes.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Asana, and basic design or video tooling (Canva, Wistia) for fast turnarounds
• 5-8 years of experience managing B2B websites, ideally in tech
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design; enough technical depth to evaluate developer work and debug an issue

Bachelor's degree

• Demonstrated project management across competing stakeholders and deadlines, with the judgment to prioritize
• Curiosity about technology, particularly AI/ML. No CS degree required, but able to understand the products well enough to represent them accurately on the site
• Hands-on HubSpot or WordPress CMS expertise: building and publishing, not just reviewing
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, site performance, and web accessibility standards

Preferred

• Analytics fluency. GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with a standard of using data to decide next steps
• Vendor and agency management experience, including project budget accountability
