, the AI work platform powering ambitious teams. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead the recruiting lifecycle, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and partner with business leadership to identify recruitment needs. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and design job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements.
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets and improve recruitment processes.
