FP&A Manager

Join Rivercell, an ambitious French startup in the biotech field, as an FP&A Manager. You will be responsible for building and running the financial backbone of the company, managing financial planning and analysis, accounting and closings, financing, governance and reporting, and corporate compliance. You will work closely with the COO and an interdisciplinary team, and have opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the business plan and rolling forecast, including headcount, R&D, marketing and G&A spend, capital expenditure, and unit economics.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations and run monthly and annual closings in coordination with external accountants.
• Support fundraising and non-dilutive funding work, build budgets behind grant applications, and handle cost justification, reporting, and audits.

Requirements

• You have a business or engineering degree from a top school
• You have 3+ years of experience in audit, transaction services, financial consulting or strategy consulting from a recognised firm, or in finance at a fast-growing startup
• You are an autonomous, committed, enthusiastic person with a "can-do", creative, and challenging mindset
• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in French and English
