Responsibilities

  • Review, troubleshoot, and approve the operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
  • Install, maintain, and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites, and diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
  • Manage client escalation, asset management work, and coordination of work across different teams.
