Microsoft Optimisation Manager (18 month FTC)

Kingfisher, a leading home improvement company, as a Microsoft Optimisation Manager on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead the strategy, governance, and optimisation of our Microsoft technology estate, driving measurable business value and ensuring control of licensing costs.

Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with multiple teams, manage relationships with Microsoft and licensing partners, and develop reporting and insights to support investment decisions.
• Own the Microsoft licensing and optimisation strategy across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot and Power Platform services.
• Drive licence utilisation, cost optimisation and waste reduction through data-led analysis, governance and forecasting.
• Lead Microsoft commercial management activities, including Enterprise Agreement (EA), MCA-E and CSP consumption, renewals and true-up processes.

This position can be based in Southampton or Paddington, with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office and travel between sites in the UK and Europe.
