Technical Project manager (Infrastructure team)

Join Diabolocom, a leading AI-native CCaaS platform, as a Technical Project Manager. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate delivery across the Infrastructure team, work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, CTO, and other technical teams, and help bring structure and visibility to a growing portfolio of technical projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for workload planning, delivery tracking, reporting, and improving processes around delivery. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate workload across Infrastructure teams, breaking down EPICs into trackable tasks and ensuring clear ownership.
• Track progress across ongoing projects and initiatives, maintaining visibility on priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and commitments.
• Own and maintain the operational reporting needed to understand the efficiency and quality of delivery, preparing regular delivery reports and status updates.
