PMO Delivery Manager

Join NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services. As a PMO Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of a PMO-as-a-Service, providing effective governance, delivery assurance, portfolio oversight, and executive reporting across a complex portfolio of projects and programs. You will manage a team of five PMO Delivery resources and ensure the PMO delivers a consistent, high-quality, and value-driven service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of a PMO-as-a-Service, ensuring effective governance, delivery assurance, and portfolio oversight.
• Establish clear accountability across the team, ensuring each PMO deliverable has an identified owner, target date, expected outcome, and agreed measure of success.
• Translate client objectives and PMO strategy into a structured service delivery plan, with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes for the PMO team.
