Lead Product Designer – AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of AI-enabled products and features from discovery to delivery, ensuring they are intuitive, transparent, and grounded in real user needs.
• Shape user experiences that incorporate machine learning, generative AI, or automation, and translate complex technical capabilities into simple, human-centered interactions.
• Contribute to establishing best practices, frameworks, and reusable design patterns for working with AI, from discovery and experimentation through to production and governance.
