Solution Director (A.I)

Join AND Digital as a Solution Director (A.I) and lead the charge in transforming businesses through AI. You will work closely with clients to assess their current state, envision their future, and design new ways of working that integrate AI into their operations. You will also contribute to AND Digital's AI transformation offer and represent the business at networking events. This role requires strong consulting experience, a passion for delivering change, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively
• Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience, and involvement in effectively delivering change within a range of organisations
• Knowledge and strong appreciation of digital delivery - particularly Strategy, Product, AI, Technology, Delivery and People implications, backed up with your own insights and points of view
• Demonstrated ability in consulting clients and/or implementing internal change within an organisation in the adoption of AI into the operations / workflows within the business
• A breadth and depth of consulting expertise, including business development, gained at a recognised consulting firm and and/or agency-based environment. I.e. experience of responding to RFPs, creating sales-based presentations and presenting to senior client teams
• Experience in a role developing digital or product strategy and delivering commercial value
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills as a technology consultant and to share your expertise with those around you
• Outstanding written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Relationship building skills, the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships with clients
