In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our infrastructure, products, and customer data while enhancing our AI platform and security capabilities. You will work closely with engineering teams to design and implement scalable security solutions, conduct threat modeling, and participate in incident response. This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong communication skills, technical judgment, and a clear sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Contribuer de manière pratique à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions de sécurité évolutives dans divers domaines de la sécurité.
  • Participer à la modélisation des menaces pour les systèmes existants et les nouvelles initiatives de produits, et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie.
  • Utiliser des outils d'IA, des agents et de l'automatisation pour augmenter l'échelle et l'efficacité du travail d'ingénierie de la sécurité.

Requirements

  • Strong technical depth in one or more security domains, with the ability to operate effectively across associated domains
  • Strong communication skills, technical judgment, and a clear sense of ownership

Hands-on experience with incident response and on-call rotations

  • 5+ years of experience in security engineering, software engineering, or a related technical discipline, with meaningful experience working in security
  • Advanced, hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, and automation to increase the scale and effectiveness of security engineering work
  • Experience working in fintech, crypto, or other regulated environments
  • Exposure to product security and influencing product design

Preferred

  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with AI-assisted security testing, offensive security, vulnerability research, detection engineering, or security observability
