Join DAT, a leading provider of transportation management solutions, as a Technical Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of the integrations roadmap, working closely with TMS partners and internal teams. You will manage the intake process for internal requests, serve as the technical liaison to TMS partners, and coordinate cross-team efforts. This position offers remote/hybrid flexibility, a wellness allowance, parental leave, career development paths, and more.

Comfortable operating at a tactical, project level with external partners without owning the strategic relationship (you'll hand strategic signal up rather than negotiate roadmap or commercial terms directly)

Responsibilities

  • Own the tactical roadmap for each TMS partner assigned, scoping new integrations, building new endpoints, and managing large-scale migrations.
  • Manage and develop the intake process for all internal requests against assigned TMS partners, triaging, timelines, and prioritization.
  • Act as DAT's internal liaison to each assigned TMS partner's project and engineering teams for day-to-day technical execution.
  • Technical fluency with integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SFTP/legacy protocols) sufficient to scope work credibly with engineering and speak knowledgeably with a partner's technical team
  • Strong prioritization and intake-management instincts - you'll own a live request queue across several TMS partners at once and need to keep it honest

Requirements

  • Experience managing technical delivery, integration, or platform work in a cross-functional environment: comfortable turning ambiguous, competing requests into a prioritized, trackable plan
  • Organized and process-minded: this role stands up a meaningful chunk of DAT's new intake and tracking process for TMS-related work

Pay

USD 127,000 - 169,000
