Senior Software Engineer (AI Platform)

as a Senior Software Engineer in the AI Platform Team. You will design, build, and maintain backend services for campaign optimization products, support data scientists in bringing machine learning models to production, and mentor your team on software development practices. You will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects and make a difference in the advertising industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain backend services that sit at the core of
• ’s campaign optimization products.
• Support data scientists in bringing machine learning models to production and mentor your team on software development practices.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure we meet customers where they are, translating business/product needs to viable solutions.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Adaptability and resilience when facing new or ambiguous challenges

Experience with NodeJS, React, TypeScript is a plus

• Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus
• Passion for solving customer challenges quickly while making thoughtful architectural decisions
• We’re seeking an experienced Software Engineer with Strong Python skills
• Ability to work 3 days / week at our office

Preferred

• Knowledge of MLOps concepts and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) is a plus

Experience developing and maintaining services under SLA

• 2+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying production-quality software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
