Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you will support the managed services team in troubleshooting incidents, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring compliance with established standards. You will also contribute to the development of network roadmaps and deliver project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of multi-vendor network technologies, experience in troubleshooting complex incidents, and certification from major network vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the managed services team in the advanced troubleshooting of incidents within customer environments.
• Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels and performing technical root cause analysis.
• Assisting engagement with projects to ensure designs of technical solutions are in line with the requirements of the customer.
