Responsibilities

• You will have a hands-on role in the Agents group and lead the cross-R&D Data Science Guild. - Lead data science for the Agents group, owning the data science agenda for monday's agentic product. - Design and build the evaluation stack for agents in production, driving model, prompt, context, and tool-use decisions. - Set the vision and standards for data science at monday, indirectly managing and developing a team of data scientists across R&D.
